Successful Exhalomics Forum - 3rd edition
Many thanks to the 75 participants of the 3rd Exhalomics Forum, held in Zürich on September 27, 2024, for their active participation, presenting their work in talks and with posters, and discussing the science. A special thanks to our keynote speaker Prof. Dr. Chris Mayhew, Director of the Institute for Breath Research at the University of Innsbruck, with his presentation "Clinical Applications of Exhaled Volatile Organic Compounds: from bench-to-bed". Renato Zenobi turned the Spotlight on Zurich Exhalomics: its focus, projects and future as a part of the University Medicine Zürich (UMZH). At this meeting he also announced also his farewell as the director of Zurich Exhalomics. This task was graciously taken over by Emma Slack (as director) and Andreas Güntner (as co-director).And last but not least: many thanks also to our host venue, the Paulus Akademie.
